Self-Love Course

 Gain more self awareness and appreciation for yourself.  Most importantly Self love. For the last 8 years I have been helping people dig deep to find themselves and gain true happiness. I created this class because I know what it's like to go through life unhappy and not loving yourself. It's not the way to go through life. You deserve more!

This 5 week course will help you understand yourself by getting to the root of the problems using Shadow work, inner child and more! Through this work genuine self love is achievable. Everyone deserves to love themselves and have a happy joy filled authentic life! 

All materials are provided. You will receive an energetic Reiki session on your first  and last class. This energetic session will help balance your energy. It will allow you  to open up to the process of change and clarity as you navigate this journey to finding self love. Each session homework will be sent home. Journaling and meditation are highly encouraged to do at home during this course.

Each session lasts roughly 90 minutes.
